How about that?, it is an old idea from MTA but it's still missing.
The idea is to bring the single player races to the server. But all racers will be human and with a time trial mode.
At first only the single player tracks, we could after add new tracks.
The script:
Player:!streetrace
pm from admin>>Go to sunshine autos and type !<mode>.<track number> to begin.
example:!timetrial.2 or !race.1
at SSA
Player: !tracks
pm from admin>>Tracks:
1. Terminal velocity
2. Ocean strip
(...)
Player: !timetrial.1
Head to pink marker and type !start to begin countdown
Player: !start

GOGOGO(it would be cool if the gogogo appeared on the screen in large letters)
if player not in correct place.
pm from admin>>You're not in the start line.
Player does the lap blah blah blah
time shows up in big letters, and gets stored if it is a record
But if the player exits the car during the race he gets a message saying
pm from admin>>you quit the race
ok, thats for time trial, now race mode,this may seem complicated but on those boring days it will be great to use.

Player: !race.2
msg to everione
<player> it's challenging for a race at <circuit name>, you have 1min to go to the pink marker.
as players arrive to starting line
player2: !ready
player3: !ready
player4: !ready
Player: !start
or
Player: !quit
in either case the countdown starts
and the rest is just like in single player except for the money part, that can be added later after testing.
Improvements possible:
Money
more vehicles(boats, bikes, planes and helis)
more tracks(also different types like drag, sprint and endurance)
exclusive races just for some car model.
