Founded in April 2012, the LS City Council is setted as a non-commercial union, that will check and bring own investigation on economical, juridical and civil developpement of the city of Los Santos. LS CC will follow all Argonath Laws.
One of main objects of LS CC is to make all accepted laws work. Other is to improve the life of every citizen of Los Santos, and make the city more attractive for tourists.

For now, I'm waiting an official authorization for the work of City Council, and working on general rules.

The membership is free, anyone can get enlisted in the City Council, at condition that he resides or has a business within Los Santos urban limits.

Any member of the City Council can be present on operations of SAPD and ARPD, if he prevents the senior officer. If he's asked to leave, he must comply. Counsil members can give own opinion in LSPD investigations, but it can be ignored by police officers.
Any member of the City Council can be present on fire situations, being out of 50 meters limit.

The group will watch the work of LSPD, LSFD and make public reports, to improve the service of those groups.

What kind of authorization are you looking for? You are allowed to make a group without one.
