Well, i used it today to kill a suspect.
He was running on foot, there were like 5 cops all chasing him.
It took me 20 secs to hit him.
It should be allowed then cause sometimes suspect keep running dribbling cop cars, that is more annoying that being killed in a drive-by.
And also, cop cars at HQ were moved in the name of realism, so Drive-by should be there in the name of realism too.

Drive bys do happend, in USA.

Drive-by's should be allowed, as when it happens on RP situation it is cool. When somebody death matches you that way, it's annoying, but death matching is annoying anyway

what we can do is to provide SMG ammo to only law holder skins
DB looks fine when used by a cop, but to avoid its use in DMing, SMG should be excluded from the citizen skins

but since its too late to edit skins
we can do this in 1.1

i was hiding as wanted player in some kind of shop. some1 drove inside with a bike and drivebyed me...
i thought like: wtf, stop it, just fight, but dont fight me with a bike.
some players just play as cop and only driveby... thats so boring for the criminals.

And, it is forbidden in SAMP too, so why not in VCMP too?

Cause you can play MTA if you don't like drive-by.
Cause in SAMP drive-by can be done by passengers, but in VCMP it's not possible.
We just need to get more skins without DB weapons. that way there will be less drive-by.
Just saying it shouldn't be allowed cause it isn't allowed in VC is not a valid argument.

I hate that drive-by thing. Especially bikers. You drive your car and behind you is a biker who is shooting you. Then when you are getting out of your flaming car, he/she kills you in 1 second. It is so unfair in RPG server...

If guy is shoooting you from  bike and you have a car why don't you just hit the brakes and guy would hit you and he would fly off his bike..
