Drive by is aloud car VS car..
Atleast that's what the told me...
I'm going to warn everybody who does drive by's on somebody that's not in a car..
maybe cops can do drive by's on suspects...
what do you guy's think about it?

I partly agree with you. Most of the time I'm a cop, and when I'm in a chase I'm killed by a drive. That can be a pain in the butt. Also as what Hitman said "DBing is fun" and he is right. Drive-bys are fun and are a pain.

totaly unfair car vs person. Its hard to hit the person in the car.

Second don't stand to the side of the car.
Third get in front of the car and shoot through the window, or
Run away
Bikes are harder to dodge but easier to shoot the driver

Well you have to admit that it is harder that person vs person.  

And about person vs car you can also jump to car roof and make driver to get out...nice dm tips btw. Maybe just run away and hide inside building??

Drive bying is a dirty tactic and it's un-fair but i love doing it when a Cop pulls me over and asks formy liscence. Im usually in a van too, ask Solidje & Dexter i did it when they were in the van with me.
