I only call drive-by unfair because when your a cop and you pull someone over and they begin to db you, it takes only about 4 or 5 shots to kill you and for a cop it takes alot because your in a car.

I does make it unfair when that happens, however there are several ways to escape. That is if you can escape in time.

Now first of all: Why to go next to car? you can be front of it or that way that you CAN NOT be Drive-byed..
Second of all: If criminal is in car shoot tyres then he'll have to go out of car and you can kill him..
Third of all: IT IS easy to shoot a guy who is in car lol..
Fourth of all: Drive by should be allowed  :banana: :hurray:

learn to way throw the windows, you can us any weapon to kill the person inside, he can only use smg.

Because I don't think they're avaiable in the server. Or al east I have never seen them.
