2 facts: EMP is useless as targets ( if they are EAF/DC ofc ) know to get off it by either blocking my range through fantastic turns or roads where choppie can't get or just get off vehicle
           Nails are so common, that when you chase a suspect, you shall not slipstream him, considering the danger of losing your tires on the middle of the road, so pretty useless as cops got /spike which is visible

Indeed, I find it much more better when you don't need to worry some random civilian dropping nails from his car
