Problems in-game and with forum.

Hello guys,


I got some problems in-game and with my forum.
First of all I'm not banned from the server, and the server isn't down cause I refreshes it and re-open the "Sa-mp" and I can see that there's players in-game.
For some reasons I can't know the server isn't responding and I'm trying to connect but no connection  .
I checked my internet speed and it's very fast.


In forum I got bug with replying for applying or activity reports...
When I want to copy the format to paste it and put the details it shows me when I post it   .. and it appears in one line.
for example for applying to a company -
