Well i want to know that why admins punish the players who use capital letters?
CAPITAL letters show`s us the anger,so why punish?
If a player is angry,for sure he will use CAPITAL letters.

Most people tend to ignore the message itself, even, if it's written in full caps.

Capital letters is disallowed to use, mainly because it's annoying to read. Use normal size on capitals and everything will go smooth

Caps are indeed used to express anger. (example)BUT IT IS ANNOYING TO READ IN SOME CASES
The best way to use caps:

I hate you - correct
I Hate You - Incorrect
I HATE YOU - obvious
