I am here to notify to the community that I've been part of for five years that I've been banned from Argonath, SA:MP server.

I won't be discussing, contesting or complaining about the reasons of the ban.

Will I make an unban request? I do not know.

Will I get unbanned? I do not know.

I never intended or intend to leave the community, but I ain't the one that chooses who play's here and who doesn't.
However I've been forced out by a decision of an admin.

I've already said to those that know me what I think about the decision and the actions taken against me.
Those who were present at the incident know what really happened.

I stand by my word and by the actions that I took, since I completely believe they were correct.

After five years of clear record with administration I can't be bothered to make an unban request at this very moment.

My fate on SA:MP, no longer depends on me.

Letting them win seems like the wrong way to go in my opinion. Make an un-ban request and bring the wrong does to the attention of the community and its leaders. No sense sitting around moping when you could be keeping yourself as a prominent veteran of the community.

Well Fernando, as you're taking pretty important part in the law enforcement in Argonath, and as you are the FBI Director, which made you gain a lot of respect, I wish I could get to this rank and even been in the FBI, you've improved the FBI amazingly, once I RPed with you, and that was awesome, you're great player and losing you would change Argonath almot completely. I suggest you to make unban request to make us all happy, and to keep serving and protecting!

Sitting around and whining will not move the unban any faster. Veteran or not, you are to fill out an unban request if you wish to be unbanned, simple as that. Whether you spend here five years or one month, you do NOT get special rights to being unbanned all of sudden unless the ban was unjustified in the means as such as a mistake.

What difference does it make? Asking (in a non-direct way) to be unbanned in the General section (not Unban section) will not be approved. It's simple as that.

That's an assumption and its wrong, I've already stated my point of view on the matter.
