We are, The Rosso Family, which ancestry comes from Italy. The Rosso Family is a highly professional, self-respecting, and well organized family. Our vision is a family with undefined levels of a harmony, peace, and simplicity. Where every member has an equal say in the welfare of the family, were no one member is excluded, no one member is above others, no one member is less than everyone else. Our family is an equality family, a simple, and equal family.

Appointed trustees are given additional responsibility, with such they may make strong hardened and trusted choices to present to the family, in which their areas of the appointed position has given them. They are not above the rest, they are guides. The family elders are the longest serving members, they are wise, they are trusted. They are mentors to the trustees, to the family, and to the family guests. Equal to the rest, the elders can act in the best interest of the family and may maintain overall welfare and protection of the estates, family and its members.

The Roles of Rosso
The Family Trust - These members are the eldest of the family, they ensure the overall stability of the family. These members are equal to the rest of the leadership of the family. The family elders are apart of the trust but are members whom are the founders.

Counselor - This member is responsible for overseeing the day to day successful operation of the family, its businesses and the general welfare of the family Gentlemen and Esquires.

Chancellor - This member is the head of estate, he is responsible for the financial status of the family and ensures the families wealth is maintained. Is also a consultant in large business deals for family members.

Overseer - This member is the head of membership, he can recruit, hire and fire members at his discretion. He is advised weekly by the high council in a meeting where he presents the requested memberships, and overviews the progress.

Gentlemen - Refers to a male official member of the family.

Esquire - Refers to a female official member of the family.

Requesting Membership - This is a person who has requested membership to the family estate. They must prove themselves to become a recognized member of the family.

Become one of us
Joining the Rosso Family is an reasonable task; However will require motivation and dedication. Instead of the typical filling out of a large application, we have a small form that simply gives us your name and your date of citizenship. From here you'll be watched and expected to roleplay with our family members. We do not expect you to "ask" to roleplay, as that in its self isn't roleplay. Simply find us in a situation and go with it.
