I am back. I will return to previous activity within the nearest future.

This family visions was simple, every member is a family member thus each person has an equal and fair say in the overall families punishments, recruitment, and other major new developments. We have trustees in positions in which we give an extended responsibility. Which ensure the overall integrity, financial stability, and general welfare of our members. As any other family, we have our head elders which are respected and mentor guides who's purpose is to keep the family on the positive tracks.

Our family is a highly professional group, with high self respect, discipline and honour. Our tolerance levels are not flexible, but punishments are not decided by the council or by the elders. We are going to ensure the changes are adapted back shortly. This meaning that any infractions can be mentioned in a meeting, regardless of the accused person is present or not. Any member of the family can mention an infraction, every member has a fair say in a judgement of the accused person, and regarding the infraction.

Ideas, expansion and recruitment are always wanted and expected of a member. Again as above these do not have to be taken into effect by the council or elders. These are going to be judged and detailed into in depth consideration and analysis by the family members. Said suggestions must get a majority ruling to be approved, and enable any person interested to take initial interest and work on the project.
