No; Not really, when CB Moderator, you can set people up to user rank.

Only I am if I recall correctly... As we switched CB to /joinchannel Rosso I haven't been able to set all the correct ranks to the members. It will be done ASAP - Ingame tonight 20:00 (server /time). Meeting will be done if it wasn't done yesterday.
