I would like to say thank you for all the applications that are incoming, it is very motivated to develop this group with these people who show interest. However, this group has always, and will continue, to follow the motto "quality over quantity". If we do not feel you are suited for this group, you will be asked to re-apply when you are a quality player. The definition of a quality player is different to everyone, but we have our own vision of it.

While we have active members and a fancy topic (ye right) we are still not very active with hanging around and doing role-play scenarios together, as all the others do.
This is due to we are currently in the stage of development several different business which will contribute to a better good in San Andreas. Development takes time and we will not start to operate within these business until we have reach the level of perfection.

To the members of the Rosso family. I ask you to remain in this group and help to start it up once again. When we reach full activity and launch Rosso Corporation we will have so much fun. Different business and a lot of new doors and role-play scenarios will pop up right infront of you.

About The Rosso Family
We are, The Rosso Family, which ancestory comes from italy. The Rosso Family is a highly professional, self-respecting, and well organized family. Our vision is a family with undefined levels of a harmony, peace, and simplicity. Where every member has an equal say in the welfare of the family, were no one member is excluded, no one member is above others, no one member is less than everyone else. Our family is an equality family, a simple, and equal family.

Appointed trustees are given additional responsbility, with such they may make strong hardered and trusted choices to present to the family, in which their areas of the appointed position has given them. They are not above the rest, they are guides. The family elders are the longest serving members, they are wise, they are trusted. They are mentors to the trustees, to the family, and to the family guests. Equal to the rest, the elders can act in the best interest of the family and may maintain overall welfare and protection of the estates, family and its members.

Welcome to the Rosso Family, there possibilites are born.

The Rosso Family Rules
1. Tags must be worn at all times, unless otherwise noted.
2. Professionalism is nothing but expected.
3. Always roleplay when available, with anyone and everyone. We are not a family or group that RPs with themselves.
4. Professional Attire should be worn at all times.
5. Every member is to be treated equally and with respect.

Rosso Family Meetings
Meetings are not required, however are strongly recommended to build strong family ties and internal connections.

The General Meeting Assembly - This weekly meeting held every Friday at 20:00 CET will allow members to communicate, ask questions, vote on ideas, give input on members requesting entry. At the start of the General Meeting Assembly, a meeting spokes person will be selected at random, or by majority vote and will be responsible for keeping the meeting in task and on focus.

The High Council Meeting - This weekly meeting held every Friday follows after the General Meeting Assembly will cover issues of the family, recap the General Meeting, discuss new plans, and discuss citizens requesting entry to the family. This meeting is led by the Overseer and they have the task of keeping the meeting in focus and ensure the messages and important keynotes are informed to the missing members of the High Council.

The Roles of Rosso
The Family Trust - These members are the eldest of the family, they ensure the overall stability of the family. These members are equal to the rest of the leadership of the family.

Counselor - This member is responsible for overseeing the day to day successful operation of the family, its businesses and the general welfare of the family Gentlemen and Esquires.

Chancellor - This member is the head of estate, he is responsible for the financial status of the family and ensures the families wealth is maintained. Is also a consultant in large business deals for family members.

Overseer - This member is the head of membership, he can recruit, hire and fire members at his discretion. He is advised weekly by the high council in a meeting where he presents the requested memberships, and overviews the progress. He also takes input from the general meeting assembly that is held weekly.

Gentlemen - Refers to a male official member of the family. They are respected as one of our own, they are requested to appear weekly at the general meeting assembly and give input to the over all success of the family.

Esquire - Refers to a female official member of the family. They are respected as one of our own, they are requested to appear weekly at the general meeting assembly and give input to the over all success of the family.

Requesting Membership - This is a person who has requested membership to the family estate. This person is watched closely by the family and their status is discussed among the weekly general meeting assembly and later in the high council weekly meeting. They must prove themselves to become a recognized member of the family.
