Finland gunman 'in fatal rampage'

"A gunman fired from the rooftop of a house in a southern Finnish town, killing one person and injuring eight others, the authorities have said.

Police arrested an 18-year-old man suspected of the shootings in Hyvinkaa, 50km (30 miles) north of Helsinki.

An 18-year-old woman was killed in the incident, and a police officer was among the wounded.

Some of the injured were said to be in a serious condition and have been taken to Helsinki for emergency treatment.

Local media reported that a man in combat fatigues opened fire on crowds in the early hours.

MTV3 channel said the man used a rifle and fled shortly after the incident.

The police said the suspect was detained several hours later, and offered no resistance."

b) at that time, suspect were still on-foot

well, style reminds me more from COD or BF than GTA.. think, DMer at the roof of the building, shooting randomly at the peoples... :/

Well an 18yr old wouldn't really care about politics so it's not that, maybe he got high for the first time.

Breaking News: Authorities says that 23 years old female police officer is still in critical condition. .308 caliber bullet went through of her vest. Vest she was using weren't the one which should be used in very dangerous situations, like shootouts. When she got out of the PD car, she got immediately shot by the shooter. She has gone through 3 operations, and 4th is still up ahead. Two patients has released from the hospital. Some patients who are still-under-treatment has serious injuries and they might never recover. Local court has accepted National Bureau of Investigation's demand of suspect's, 18 years old Eero Hiltunen's, to be jailed immediately with the charges of 2 murders and 7 attempt of murder and some other minor crimes, like stealing a weapons.
