No, /ad is for advertising services/items/businesses/houses, not for "shoutouts".
Also /ad is not for advertising drugs.

If someone abuse the /ad command, Just /report them and let the moderators/admins take care of it.

Keep in mind we are not Robots.. If someone uses /ad as a shout out, they will be punished, and just because we didn't warn / kick them, doesn't mean we did not ask them not to do it. There are plenty other ways than just using /kick or /warn, we have bananas, or we talk with them personally and tell them its not allowed.
