Yeah I always loved that gif, there's something about it that hits deep. I feel like kids today aren't allowed to be "kids", there's always something wrong with them if they choose to act a little different growing up.

At a friends right now, under the animation tab there should be a resize option and for borders create a clear image in like photoshop with a border and then open it in animation shop, under one of the tabs there should be a option you can select called like "propagate paste" click that and then copy the clear image with the border from the opened file, select all frames and right click selecting "paste into current fame".

I'll explain more tomorrow, if you need.

Easiest way to add a border is to make a new layer, fill it which whichsoever color; then right click on the layer, open "Blending Options", click and also tick the stroke option (last one), then change the position option from "Inside" to "Outside" and voila, you got yourself a border. You can change the color and the size of the stroke/border under that option as well.
