In Some cases camhack is good, but can be very laggy. Other times a first person view in a car and some good panning/editing is just as good.

To use camhack, extract the folder to an accessable location, like a folder on the desktop.

To run, first you must run SetSeDebugPriv (a batch file- has a cog on the icon)
Then run the executable file (saCamHack.exe file) - do not close any of the 2 windows.

View the control Settings, and click on the the commands to see which button is allocated to it (helpful to memorise some of these)

Otherwise, just play about with it ingame. Camhack is operated using the numpad When the game starts to activiate CamHack use * (numpad).
This will turn it on. 1 allows free view. 3 toggles speedo on/off. V changes view (new views available)... and then play around, because i dont really know what all the buttons do :P

But, note how laggy it is. Its good for shots where the camera is still and can be looking from anywhere, and thats about it.
