I think data not be be erased ! That would be self-destruction . Some have been playing since 2008 etc. . None wants to loose everything but if they loose it the interest for the game won't be like now and there won't be 110 players online but will be 40 players or less ! I think that data must be saved and when RS.5 comes eveything should be just like that with the changes in it !

I'd say no to reset, actually...money is a part of roleplay. If the reset comes, then families couldn't make meetings anymore because they don't have cars anymore. I think if the reset comes then Argonath would be pretty boring in the beginning. That's what I think.

I think /whenmade command should be removed to EVERYONE except the administration, so they can check if player is regular.
That's because for a reason that Gandalf has once stated already - regular and veteran players get stricter punishments for rulebreaking than those just started playing.

RS4 currently runs on flat files, whereas RS5 will be fully MySQL
Although we could convert the data over, most of the data is corrupt
There is not point converting bugged data over to RS5

The only fair way to do it is to make everyone start from the beginning with uncorrupted data and hopefully no bugs

How would resetting everyone self-destruct Argo?

For one, Argo is much more than just one server, so that argument in itself would be null.
For two, Argo has had resets before. If people leave because they are upset over lost money, then so be it. We are a RP community, not a greed one.

The Church will continue to help the poor and needy in RS5 land :-).

Also the Radio (now it's 24/7 too), will be supporting the community with competitions (as now).
