Now the purpose of producing this topic is to tell the new players ''How to be a good player''.

There are certain points given below on which you must concentrate  :alert"

1-You should be quite humble.
2-You should not talk too much in main chat as commenting on each other can led to fight.But you can chat a bit less and this is the only way to get safe from admin punish.
3-You should not abuse or use vulgar words.
4-You should not scam anyone.
5-You should try to build up good relationship with every new player you meet.
6-You must not do too much death matching.
7-If you are angry, /q  the server and then come back when you are cool down.(according to the admins rule)

I hope these points are useful for you.

This is not ''How to be a good player'' This is your meaning of it. And new players should be social on the Main chat, and make friendships with other ppl, and there is No one there is better than others. Some just dont know the game and they need to teach.

2. You can talk as much as you want, as long as you do not flame or insult others.

7. Good idea, but do not flame others or insult admins before /q as you may be punished later.
If you come back and admins talk to you, be honest and tell you were angry about something, then apologize for what happened. It might save you being punished more or banned.

In general.... read the rules, they are not many. Learn them, and never break them even if you feel everyone else is doing so.

I'd say the best way to be a good player is just use common sense and show everyone else respect. Even if you don't get it back, to at least try and continue to show respect to another player proves that you have the will to try and get along, even if they don't share that same intention. It will also put a positive view onto you from others, and make them more willing to have fun with you. Mix this with your common sense and you should have no problem having a good time to the fullest without breaking any rules whatsoever.

Even as good players, we all have our faults, and it is part of being human. Learning from those mistakes so you don't make them again is also another good way to be good in the server. If someone gets to you, try to walk away from the computer for a moment and take a breath. Avoid conflict with them if you can. We're not only a community of players, but also a community of friends, so take advantage of that and talk to someone if you need to. If you can't find someone, let an admin know of your frustrations. We're all here to help each other out while having fun. There's no reason why we should be battling it out in the public chat when we can let our imaginations go wild with our roleplays instead!

No need for set guidelines. Use common sense, ask if you have questions that common sense cannot answer, and follow the rules.

Being a good community member has nothing to do with being a roleplayer, as this topic is about player attitude rather than roleplaying skill. That is a story for another topic.

Roleplay doesn't rate a person whether he rule-breaks or not, most enjoy just sitting somewhere, playing around with a friend and chatting on /p.
My view actually of being a good player is only if you respect everybody around you. As the server joining message states also: Treat others the same way you would like to be treated.

If you have respect for others and the server(meaning, not rulebreaking or using hacks) and when involved in any fight, backing off.. or when angry quiting the server instead of raging, there you are a good player.
