Nothing in my statement had any sort of implication like that. How you got that out of my statement is beyond me, so I'm left to assume you're taking things out of context.

Hell, rabies has symptoms pretty damn close to what people think of when they think of a zombie.. all you would have to do is mutate that virus. If you honestly dont think that is possible for something like that to be created then you need to stop living in the safety of your suburban neighbourhood and see the world how it really is.

And that's all you'd have to do? Rabies itself does not cause cannibalism, and cannibalism is not human instinct. To mutate a virus to make humans go against anything they're made for (and not ridiculous things civilization has invented, such as morals and self-control) would be an extremely tedious task. You cannot simply mutate a virus to make someone suddenly enjoy eating pasta when they had previously not or make them want to f**k the nearest non-human object.

Mutating the rabies virus to spread when airborne would probably bring something similar to a zombie epidemic, but you would not have aggressive, delirious people eating other people - instead, you would just have aggressive, delirious people, who would inevitably become dead people.

Im not saying this is a case of a real zombie, im meerly stating that governments have developed shit worse then that and its naive to deny the possibility.

There's the possibility that your pessimistic view of us living in a dystopian world where we as citizens are constantly oppressed and our daily lives are guided by almost omniscient organizations is also incorrect (relax, I'm not assuming you're another one of those ridiculous illuminati believers with steel window shutters and twelve bolt locks on their doors; it's nothing short of an exaggeration). Why not train the police force in negotiations?

Why not train the Police to do everything then we don't need the FBI or Fire Department or EMS. Everyone is specialized in a certain taks, it cheaper to do and gives individuals an edge in a specific area.

There are 7 billion people on this planet. All i am saying is that out of 7.000.000.000.000, and out of that, there is 100 or so cases like this per year. It is probeably just because of the number of people. When we compare 100 to 7.000.000.000, you can see that 100 aint much.
