Issue with SA

Hello all. Recently I just installed GTA:IV. Ever since, when I want to go on SA:MP my color scheme changes, as if the game is loading, then it goes back, as if the game crashed. I re-installed GTA:SA as a whole but I still get this issue. The only problem I can think of is the fact that I unplugged a monitor from my GFX card. Although I don't think that would cause an issue. Any help appreciated.

Well,for starters.Can you try replugging that monitor?just to be sure.

Actually, I deleted gta_sa.set and it worked. So I am problem-free. Thanks tho!
