When I put the ENB folders into my directory it comes up "SA Requires at least DirectX version 9.0"

I looked into dxdiag and it says my current is version 11. What do I do to get ENB working?

Did you replaced the d3dx9.dll files on WINDOWS folder in your system32 with the ones that ENB gives? If so search around the web to find the original ones and replace them back or else try the Direct X Web installer from Microsoft website, it will search and download all the DirectX dll files that it thinks your PC needs.

I just took the enbseries.ini file and the d3dx9.dll file and placed them into my Directory.

Try with the Direct X Web installer as said above
