Las Venturas Police Department has been missing its helicopter for some time now.... does not spawn there anymore. Really annoying since we have to go all the way to another PD to get a heli and most of the time they are in use.

Fix please.

EDIT:

TeaM_MIB has added the heli there now, but the colour is wrong and also the "Owner". The owner is currently [SAPD] but it should be [SAPD]LasVentrs
