 I've seen some cop skins abusing power  on MTA:VC by breaking rules, and not being able to be suspected. I think there should possibly be a vote-suspect for officers who are doing this for VC:MP. It's not a big problem but it usually does rear it's ugly head every day or so on there.

for punishing rule breakers admins should be informed

what about !reportlaw command.
example:
!reportlaw PiMP police brutality
to check your reports,
!reports pimp
pm from admin >> pimp has 2 reports:police brutality, not asking to surrender

this could also afect your !crime
!crime pimp
pm(...)>> pimp is a violent <law skin name>

just like what you see on movies when the captain say to the cop:
-I see that you have here 3 reports of bad conduct! Want me to despromote you to trafic cop!?

erm, what if the reports were preset, like if you report a guy for something stupid it would say command not existent.
