To be honest, this is what happens when you open applications and accept everyone. If you bring in 20 guys with a whenmade that is the week before applying you really must take care of them, otherwise they leave/get banned. Banned players results innbad spirits and dissolves the family. Also, highly ranked players should not leave the family like everone else, that shows they were not suitable for the mission. Quality over quantity is the motto for bering succesfull.

He is right, if you keep PMing new players who played less than one or two weeks and then you tell them just to collect drugs, they will start thinking that collecting drugs is only thing you can do on server. After some time they will find out what's roleplay, they will find out that you are not really roleplaying Italian crime family, so they will leave.
