Anyway, I find this wrong. Even the FBI stated that crime rates has fallen to lower levels now than what it was years ago, while gun ownerships skyrocketed in the last few years.

A weapon is just a tool. Sitting by itself, it's harmless, but if you put it in the hands of a criminal or an uneducated person, it becomes dangerous. So if someone were to go on a killing spree with a hammer, should we turn in our hammers in?

Guns are potentially lethal, which means that any person being able to buy and handle one should be educated and given a permit for its use. A drivers license does not exist without reason, similar a weapon license is needed.

when i first saw the title, i was flipping a shit but then i read the article and actually, it's not a bad idea at all. they turn in illegal guns and get $100. no registered guns (legal) are going to be turned in, because they are worth a lot more than $100 and it even gets guns out of those uneducated fuck's hands who call them selves ''gangsters'' and ruin this state and city.
