Do not attack others without a proper role-play reason;
Do not escape if surrendered to the police (follow cops to the police department);

Greetings fellow players! I'd like to remind a few of you some things that most do on a daily basis on the server, and which are against the server rules.

Criminals:
You guys are meant to evade the police, not go after them randomly to any cop you see or follow them on purpose so they will go after you. Copbaiting is against the rules!
( :ps: Purposely doing it will get you heavily punished, can be dealt with a ban/kick or even a weapons revoke plus serve in Admin-Jail.)

Abused?
In such case, you should never whine on the chat or especially shout in caps "HELP IM ABUSED". You must surrender imediatelly (/gu) if you feel abused, and ask for an investigation! If you ever happen to be 'abused' and you do not surrender(/gu), the crime will be valid by refusing to co-operate and by fleeing.

After being punished/kicked incorrectly:

• You may return to the server, and PM the admin who punished you CALMLY. If you talk back or flame back, things wont be nice.
• You may use the community e-mail to report the administrator in case you feel the move was invalid ([email protected])
• Let it be a lesson if the punishment was fair, and treat/respect rules next time.

Last but not least, remember that you should respect every player equally. Treat others nice, the same way you'd want to be treated!

If criminal is cop baiting. Please be specific in report. (Usually it is ramming, deathmatching etc).

  Cause sometimes cops can be lazy and report for copbaiting rather than just RP with criminals   :poke:

I haven't been abused in a long time, but I never /gu'ed when I was abused, since last time I did it and asked for investigation guy confirmed he'll give me one and then forced me into the jail block.

Regarding the "suspects are meant to evade" thing.
What if I have a personal grudge against PD members and want all of them dead until I am dead myself?
I mean, evading only as rule is limiting a decent amount of roleplay.

And the /gu and investigation rule is complete and utter bullcrap.
If I got a dime for every time I got abused I would be a millionaire right now.
Abuse will always be there, but I don't want to waste my time on investigations every time some cop wants his $200.
A new system should be made for abused people.

  If you have personal grudge against a cop (RP reason) then surely it would be easier to not be /su at the time, if not get jailed quickly, so not all the cops are chasing you -  then take out your revenge afterwards? Otherwise it sounds like you just want to DM cops and say "oh I had reason to cophunt".

 /gu and investigation is not a rule!  /gu freezes players so if abused, cops cannot kill you when surrendered, whilst giving you time to get investigated. If it is clear abuse then you should get cancelled without much trouble. Perhaps what you think is "abuse" is just you trying to worm out of crime? Abuse is usually very obvious.
  If you want to run or fight that is fine, you cannot shout "Abuse!" afterwards after evading and committing more crimes.
  If you want to stand there without /gu and call for admins, that's fine too. But if rogue cop shoots you, that is what /gu is for.

  If you are abused, call SAPD or admins. Surrender to cops to allow time for admins or SAPD to understand the situation and get to you.

I meant to say that when I get suspected for "assault" when I'm just driving my car, I always have to /gu and investigate to lose my wanted level. Else I get sprayed by cops.

Cops should remember that the moment you engage a suspect, you are fair game for that suspect indefinitely.
