Personally, the system was all well and good till the SAPD came along. Tell me, do you remember these problems before the SAPD became a scripted group, and soon enough became a group that pisses everybody off with forced RolePlay?
The best solution i see to this is to just de-script the entire SAPD, but i doubt my SAPD pals would want to loose their free smg.

Admit it, the server's policies are tailored towards the ones who are always asslicking the administration, they always were.
Most of the admins are either SAPD, or are neutral(meaning that they just teleport and go around all the time, and avoid getting wanted which isnt really that hard seeing their rank).

Or should i report the system, for making it this worse in the first place.
Going on a undercover account for 1 day and just taking a general look around wont do the trick, most of the time people wont really give a shit about the ones they have never seen before.

Get a new UC account, and play for atleast 7 hours a week for 2 months. Soon the players will start recognising you, and then you will see the hardships of being a "non-cop".

Also again see above, the SAPD is in the ARPD. The term you're looking for is "freecops" or "ARPD officers" which refers to police officers only in the ARPD, not in any organisation.

The problem is that both the groups are against eachother, and think the other one is a culprit. And yes, 99 percent of all the moaning comes FROM AND BY players who have been here for over a year.

When i was in SAPD, i always thought of the "criminals" as orange dots just looking for a shootout.
When i am in ancelotti, i always think of the cops just looking to join/get promoted in SAPD.

What does despise me is how the players who are the "official" ones, are always chasing rank, i used to too. For example, a average arrest by a ARPD officer is to just /gu and get jailed. By a SAPD officer is to usually get parked, then have him do tens of /me commands on you for his screenshots and patrol reports, and you cant exactly do anything about it, so you just gotta wait it out and this usually goes for over 30 mins.

Its all /me frisks, /me cuffs me this me that and then the players always admin-punished if they get pissed off and decide to quit the game, what do you expect? For them to run to the cops and shout OMG I LOVE YOU FOR MOANING ON MY ASS?

SAPD is under lock-down and all members are removed due to a major reform.

A piece of writing which i presented a applicant;

Whilst we understand the public's view on how SAPD was going, we took considering of all points and accusations that were presented. We surely do not ignore any suggestions or concerns. People who are veterans in a organization can realize that things can rapidly change while time moves on.

Some points you made which were lacking are professionalism, respect towards ARPD officers and teamwork and the structures were semi valid. That is why I'm taking the initiative right now in fixing it. People kept complaining how SAPD was running, therefore i decided to take a step forward and review the whole SAPD.

When i put SAPD under lock-down, people kept blaming me about this and that, ranting and complaining whilst I'm trying to fix it. I even removed all my ranks for that, but Ronnel came and supported me on it and thought i was doing the right thing, which made me deserve a review of Chief.

We need to ensure all SAPD officers are trained in either the Sheriff or City Officer side so we can fully trust them on their actions instead of seeing them lack cooperation.
There won't be no Academy. Like in the past, you'll be going through hard trainings and participating in patrols which will make you learn better and for the Command to record your skills. Once you are ready to be promoted, you'll be contacted.

If criminals cooperate, we will too. Especially when the SAPD applicants will be teached how to RP. Public suggestions and opinions are not ignored, they are only to be reviewed.

I'm open for any official criminal leader suggestions as I'm willing to find out any options that will help us fix our roleplay scenarios so that they won't be any problems during the play instead of doing the same usual thing.. which is shooting and shaving guns all over the place.
Remember that this game is meant to be fun. If both conflicts find options how to help the play, then by all means - initiative works if you step forward.

If any criminal / family leader can do the same to ensure their members are informed about their actions, then hopefully things will work out better.

Obviously I am not saying the cops are the best. The SAPD and freecops have their flaws as well. That means SAPD too breaks rules such as shooting standing suspects to death. If you have anything in regard to the ARPD, you are free to post a topic in ARPD Forum. Who's stopping you?

Most of the freecops consist of new players, around 51% + of these freecops (excluding those who have the rank of ARPD Officer and were very recently removed from SAPD due to a lock-down) in which most of them do break the rules such as shooting standing suspects or abusing suspects.

There was a lack of RP in the "glorious MTA:VC days", there is a lack of RP today. Not much changed since then. It's not actually a problem, it's the way Argonath is.

During confrontation you are supposed to stay and answer the admin, not piss the admin himself off and not explain yourself. And why do you get pissed anyway? Because somebody crashed your expensive car or typed some words on the internet? Have some patience.
