If I were banned because of my brother, I would accuse him too. Yet as I know the rules of Argonath, it doesn't matter who in your family broke the rules.

YOU are responsible of what is done from YOUR house ingame.

Also when you think you should be unbanned is irrelevant. What is relevant is that it's second ban on you so you have to wait longer. Patience is a key in faster unbans, trust me, I know.

somehow i did knew that im responsible, but happened...but thanks, its good to hear from you, problem is im not sure i should be banned, im in another computer...new ip, that ip is banned cuz he played, so i could not play, now im in another computer, i think that would be banevade...

You are responsible for all actions done by your computer. It doesn't matter if it was your brother, cousin, mother, dog, etc. YOU are to blame, so do not complain about being banned if you fail to watch over your PC.
