The whole unban request is dodgy with two people having completely different stories. Your "alibi" couldn't be fully proven legit and therefore I couldn't unban you on those grounds.
Though by now you've sat out for long enough, guilty or not. You'll be unbanned and will be able to play on the server under the same conditions as everyone else.
Follow all rules from now on which includes not abusing loopholes in the script.
