Help - Missing Buildings Textures

Hello everyone.I have problem and I want to help me.Sometimes I cant see buildings and roads,Sometimes i can.What should I do?

Your settings are probably "over-charging" the PC.. you should lower almost all settings. Try with Vsync and night (off) and day (low/medium) shadows.
Water quality to high. Same for reflections and textures quality to medium.

First thing first, turn off VSync.. if problem is still there, you must try decreasing the graphics settings

Anyway, your computer is probably having problems with loading the textures, so you can try decreasing some specific settings to lower values [ Example Textures to medium ] ^^

Upgrade your PC or buy a new one 

Or use GTA IV FPS booster, or download some low setting packs and texture fixture 

Main thing upgrade your graphic card.
