I never had a cellphone, neither a gaming console, and more

I don't know why is this happening but first of all thank God for the food we eat and the floor we're living under, and all the other gifts. In my family, we are alright, we have money more than we need. My life is great, our lives are great. But the problem is, I have been asking for few things for 7 long years. When I see other people in my age with cellphones and such, I really want to cry in that very moment and complain about why I don't possede  what other people have. I never had a cellphone.
Before even asking for a cellphone, I wanted a gaming console, AT LEAST a Playstation 1. I never got one. I never got a gaming console, and all those promises are completely lies. My father is very lazy. My family wanted a car, my father is so lazy and surprisingly somehow survived the 13 years of requests to buy a car. We never got a car and we will never will. My uncle who works in a shitty job that is WAY FAR back than my father's owns a Renault. My father takes care of his sister's little family, and trust me in the next few years I will see his sister in a car. My father takes care of his brother's/sister's family more than he cares of us. He bought them a PC after a SINGLE request, and WE for years never had the opportunity to touch material like proper cellphones. His false promises will never end. I don't know why is this happening to us.. what is wrong with my life?

You should enjoy the things, and the people you have while you still have them rather than want incessantly for more. Perhaps your father thinks you aren't mature enough to handle such possessions.

My parents beg me to start using the cellphone that they gave me, when I go somewhere (far) away from home. I have no problems with that particular cellphone, I just don't want to use one, at all.

You know, cellphones aren't that expensive - You could get a proper cellphone for 10 euros.

While my father isn't picky and strict for requests, he usually is easier on his brother. That's mainly because both my parents work here in Germany and make good money, so helping his brother who doesn't really have that much makes him feel better.

So, your dad just probably helping them out more because he knows they can't achieve the same things your family can.

First do not be jealous of others and think how they have to ask for things because they can not afford them.
Second take a good look around your room and see all the things you 'needed' that were never used.
Now lets look at the mind of a man.
If I live near a shop and my work, I do not need a car. And if I bought one for my family and I happen to need one, they can not refuse me using theirs. Of course if I live in a village and I would have to walk two hours to get to work, I would need a car.

So lets take this in to practice. You need a playstation. Why ? Because everyone has one ? Well if everyone had a hand chopped off, woud you want one too ?
Or would it end up with all the other things you 'needed'?

Next time you want something go to your father and change what you do to ask him. Do not tell him 'I want that', but as him, 'how can I earn a cellphone'. This means you want something and are willing to work for it. If he feels you need to reach some things, he will set you a goal that if you manage will earn you what you want. And by working for it, your cellphone will be something you keep for a long time.

And if he ain't giving you what you want it must be for a reason, study hard in school make your dad proud i'm sure thats the reason, your marks in school ain't that good. I remember my dad saying i'll buy you anything you want if you get all 10's in school. One day i did get them all, and he bought me a ps2.
I used to be just like you until i grew up, got my own job and now i realised how much it hurts spending money for nothing, so yeah...

Did you approach him in the way Gandalf described? I doubt he'd shout at you if you approach him in a regular way. I could be wrong, though, some fathers actually handle like that, and it's wrong.
