Opcodes?

Before you jump to the conclusion "reinstall San Andreas" or some bollocks I've just done that, hence why I'm asking here.. I've only recently been getting Severe opcodes in Market/Temple and Glen park/Jefferson most of these have caused instant crashes and I was wondering if anyone had any clue whats going on or how the fuck I can fix it.

as quoted, I've just uninstalled SA, hence no mods.
