2. Use the suspect command (!suspect name reason in mta, /suspect name reason in SAMP) to suspect them
3. Ask !sur name
4. Wait for response.
5. If they say surrender, take them to jail and use the jail command, otherwise, you may shoot and kill unless if they say surrender during the fight.

 - Explain in brief how to earn cash by cop work : Cop work, is split into 2 ways, 1) when you see a citizen, commit a crime, you suspect them using !suspect name crime and you attempt to jail them, you ask !surrender and if they say no, you may kill them. good cops, ALWAYS go for the Jailing, instead of killing
