Well alot of People Have Asked About server, about how Managers and Leaders shine with Absence, and with Lack of Information.
Well this topic is Dedicated for you fellas, to Not Loose faith in Our Management and our Server or Community.



First Of all the History. (Just Read If You are interested)

Argonathrpg, had a very hard time theese past few months, in many different ways. The databases were replaced, and returned blank with no Proper Backup to the current one we were Using. wich means we had to back it up to even earlier state, wich brought on alot of bugs and server crashes We never had seen before.
We tried to search and find errors, that we never seen there before, and they did not display anywhere, some we found and some of them we haven't found yet in this time of me writing.
However Me together with dellstorm setted this as high priortiy to fix, wich we started to do, with some help from dedicated players in server with script knowledge, they togethere with dell started  take the script down peace by peace, as from a start take owned vehicles offline, and rescript parts of vehicle system to solve it, and see if it had some difference, We were wrong.

it changed nothing, we disabled the houses to see if some changes were made together with other parts of scripts, nothing happened, Together with Gandalf we managed to get the server to a  spot where less restarts occurred. but still we had the vehicles and houses taken away.
i thought well that was step one after some weeks of trying to solve it, and ye i can write whole day about the issues we have went thrue, but i wont.  however i went to bed , next morning i woke up to a pm from dellstorm telling me sort of like ''Here is what you need to run the server'', and i noted his leaving topic in speakerbox.
i tried for the whole day to reach him together with dino and others he just left behind,not to disrespect his decision to leave, just to teach me basics since im not a scripter and never used a scripting prgram, i felt anger and betrayal.

However i went off for some hours, thinking thought like about now its over, but i decided to go the only way i could, ive decided to fix this together with all of you guys that were here, my mate icyaero i promoted to leader wich i know he will do great on  and our new added manager dino, some week after i noted i took the correct decission when the lost manager void ruterned back on track, and together with all admins and players. this time we not just coming back, we are coming back as the ones that did not loose faith, we are coming back as the best.

and how to Do that, is to stick as the community we always bin.

Allright Next on the List (Changes)

*Server is Getting Reversed To a Modded Verision Of 2 Verisions Made By Reece and Hopefully More stable.
*Server will remain T3 For Now, Cause of the fact T4 aint ready
*Server will Be Stable for us to Play on

This is the First this to Accomplish.

Developement Servers (Process)

*The project will have 2 Developement Servers one for T4 and one for T3 in this case everything will be worked on here, away from Public.
*When a Server script or fix is Ready, and shown to improve stuff It will get added to Main Server, For our Pleasure
*Development servers Will most of the Time Be optained and locked for Hq To Work in.
*Developement servers Will Sometimes Invite Players as Testers when needed, information regarding that will be handed out when its time.
*Developement servers Is where scripters Spends most of its time, if you dont see them around.

What we ask from you players, is to have understanding, that his is not a Easy task, respect Our scripters by not Show disrespect towards them, or us.
Respect that we are doing this for not just us and argonath, its  for the players, and for them to have a great time inside our server.

Glad to see the players and even administration being informed of the current on-going progress and work within the IV:MP Project.

There is nothing more to say then "dig in". Everyone has a task.
Not being available to the public eye does not necessarily mean the server is neglected.
Your only task as a player is to be there, online and playing. This is why we appreciate all of you and continue working to make this server better and more enjoyable. Not for us but for you.

Let me add that when we look at the history of IV:MP it is clear that all developers have shown tremendous effort. And as for a reset, this should be decided by the developers team, nobody else.

Remember that the current scripts are a mix of at least five different people with all their own manner of working and creating things. For the new team this means they are having to cope with a lot of things that were made, fixed, re-fixed, discarded, re-worked and re-made at the same time.
Simply said: by having too many people work on the same thing it has become a spaghetti bowl where its pretty hard to find anything.
This is partially the cause of the crashing, the old database backup somehow lacks needed things, but what it needs is very hard to find. Taking a quick look I could fine some issues, which improved things, but without a real study it was impossible to find every move.
And as those of you with knowledge of scripting may know, a single bad line can crash the server every time it is used. This is in no way the fault of any single scripter, as everyone who worked on it had great qualities.

But we need to go forward, not remain stuck in the current problems. There for we will, as witchking mentioned, go forward step by step to create a better and stable server.
