They were still removed all of a sudden and I was around when he realised this. So my point still stands.

How can you describe community as whole when an unaware person removed his rights?  It looks more your into finding a reason why is this bad than understanding simply that it was misunderstanding,which apparently we humans tend to do,but obviously your not a human,your moose.
