[Loan Contract] $160,000 for Joel_Lopez

This contract is for future reference should court intervention be required. This loan agreement is made effective upon recognition by the Judicial System of Vice City, made between [WS]Stormeus (lender), and Joel_Lopez and any future aliases he may choose to take on (borrower).

Definitions

• "Late" is defined as any payment made after the due date, or if payment is never received.

Contract Terms

• This loan of $160,000 ARD is to be paid back in full to the lender by August 16^th with 3% interest ($4,800) for a total of $164,800 ARD.
• If the loan payment is late, a penalty of $25,000 ARD shall be added to borrower's total debt.
• If the borrower fails to repay the loan and any penalties associated with it, the borrower will be sued in the Court of Vice City for the loaned amount, interest, and late fee, for a total of $189,800 ARD to be paid to the lender.

Effectiveness of Contract
This contract is to go into effect once the borrower has agreed to the terms laid out herein and the borrower has received the $160,000 ARD from the lender.

Borrower's Signature
The borrower, in order to receive the loan, must sign the contract (make a post) as follows:

$160,000 ARD has been delivered in-person to the lender and used for the purpose of buying a vehicle. This contract has now gone into effect and is awaiting acknowledgement from the court.
