Perhaps if you were actually in SAPD, you would know more about their infrastructure than black buffaloes and suspects.

Give them a break, there are always new people trying to be police officers, in fact we are all human so nobody is perfect, take some time off the criminal activites, head on duty and try to learn them their mistakes! If people just keep on blaming SAPD/ARPD for the cops who missuse their rights, there'll be no change! If you want a change, start from your self, stop boasting for the issue and go help them, do something

Basically, i'm chasing a suspect he decides to surrender and he stops, /hail's doesn't move. He goes like "Okay Okay, i gu" while i'm typing /me reaches into his duty belt for his cuffs, the guy takes a deagle empties a clip on me, and kills me. After these kind of incidents, a /hail isn't enough on my eyes. Now, i warn a suspect multiply times and i spray him down, until he does /gu.
Let me tell you another situation..!

I'm a victim of allot of these situations of suspect's /hailing then lame killing me.If this would have happened to me, i would rush towards you with my pepper spray can, and spray you down until you GU, not leaving you a chance to take your weapon out. Maybe you're not like them..but there's a possibility.

This, pretty much. In my eyes people aren't surrendered until they /gu (although by the rules they are), so I treat them as simply standing still suspects until they do.
I will not put down my gun until people /gu, and if they constantly refuse to comply then I will conclude they are a threat to my life and take necessary action.

People always miss to see both sides so it always ends up either by moaning suspect who got killed after hail or moaning cop who got killed after hail either.

I would understand this reaction as we have had too many cases in the past where people "surrender" (and by this I mean no usage of /gu) only to kill the cops afterwards.

Okay I clearly made this topic for all of the Argonath police officers, and I would like to have a respond.

It happens most of the times to me, and probably to most of the suspects being chased. That is my point, actually, I'm being chased most of the time and when my car explodes or I just change my mind and stop the vehicle to surrender, I get shot to death. I /gu in a RP way by using the /hail command. I don't have a problem with the new cops, as they are new on the job and I understand. But high ranked officers should not just shoot standing suspects. I don't know if that's a rule actually.. I don't know if they have to kill you after you are being chased for a long time. I do not talk bullshit, and I don't want to troll around, but that fact is true and it happened to be several times. If some of you had that death aswell, please speak it out here.

Now look at your mistakes in the current situation, I bet that 80 percent of the times you surrender, you have evaded to the point where you are almost dead and you don't want to lose your precious weapons ,so you automatically stop and do /hail 1, instead of /gu because you are such a big RPer, yet you probably killed shitload of officers before that and you got several police vehicles on yourself.
And what happens the moment you stop and do /hail 1 you are getting shot to dead, well obviously if you decide to give up on 10 HP left, then comes second thing the lag IG, while on your screen you are standing, for some if server lags you will be seen as running in straight direction.
Now if you want to evade such a situation, you should do 2 simple things:
- Don't wait till you are on 10 HP to give up.
- Do /gu, instead of /hail 1 for your own protection.

Once you attempt to become this example, then you will be allowed to criticize the rest.
You are seeing cops driving black buffalos and DBing everything they see ? - Then for once stop moaning, get evidence and report them if they are breaching SAPD rules. Until then your "great" point of view remains nothing but a moaning post.

I agree that in most cop chases when the suspect stops his/her car and is idle inside or out of the car the officers behind him would get out and shoot his/her car or himself to living hell.

Thats why we call this a "Felony Stop." Felony Stop doesn't mean stop your car once the suspect stops his get out of the car before the suspect can and shoot the living hell out of his car so he dies, NO!! It means set a rear perimeter behind the suspects car and instruct him to get out and give up. There is a series of steps though to do this the right way.

Im sure if ARPD officers became more familer with this normal officers operation there will be less killing on idle suspects  .



Or........ even adding a NEW command to ether both SAPD and ARPD officers or just SAPD officers. A /ta command or something like that where the officer can be armed with a RP Tazzer and when he/she types /ta or selects the weapon and shoots it at a suspect the suspect will automatically get tazzed, and will automatically switch to the /ill command for a brief moment.
