Okay I clearly made this topic for all of the Argonath police officers, and I would like to have a respond.

It happens most of the times to me, and probably to most of the suspects being chased. That is my point, actually, I'm being chased most of the time and when my car explodes or I just change my mind and stop the vehicle to surrender, I get shot to death. I /gu in a RP way by using the /hail command. I don't have a problem with the new cops, as they are new on the job and I understand. But high ranked officers should not just shoot standing suspects. I don't know if that's a rule actually.. I don't know if they have to kill you after you are being chased for a long time. I do not talk bullshit, and I don't want to troll around, but that fact is true and it happened to be several times. If some of you had that death aswell, please speak it out here.

Tell them what they are doing wrong in PM or try and call an admin. If you take a screenshot you can re-direct him to the ARPD forum if you wish to report him..

If you have full health and get out of your car in normal time, they should not kill you.
But if you have 10hp and do /hail, do not even think about complaining.

The difference between /gu and /hail is simply that with /gu you CAN not be shot to death.
For you there is NO difference as after giving in in what ever way you are not allowed to run or attack.

So you might start thinking about in which case to use it.

Since this isn't a cops and robbers server, many commands are meant to be used in roleplay situations not between the cops and the criminals. When a suspect is trying to surrender, he should do /gu instead of /hail, but when a civilian is being robbed and wants to show that he is not a threat, he types in one of the /hail commands.

Don't complain when you get shot because you could've easily saved your skin with a much shorter /gu.

Oliver has a point, why do /hail 1 instead of doing /gu? The cops will cuff you and then you can move and continue roleplaying as you wished.
By doing /hail 1, you allow the cops to harm you by shooting, and if they kill you, they don't lose a thing, in fact they earn money for killing a suspect.

Use /gu to save your ass, and then proceed with Roleplay, as said above. /gu command doesnt disable you to RP.
/hail - yeah i have used it aswell many times, but only when im sure that whole situation will be roleplayed and officers will not use lethal force.. You can easly see this when you know the officers that are chasing you.

And aswell as said above, when SAPD kills you while still standing try to get ss... or get Fraps, and simply record situation.
