VC:MP Groups & Teams

Well, title says it all, for many good reasons...

1) MTA:VC Groups & Teams are cluttered with old and un-used topics with lame groups
2) people want to do certain things with VC:MP only I.E Rescue services, FBI groups, etc.
3) you can do things in VC:MP ad you cannot do in MTA
4) id rather not have to do [VC:MP] FBI
5) Re-Read steps 1-4 until you get what i am saying...
