Yes, your GTA Will run more smoothly(If it's not slow already then there is not really any need for this mod), i don't know about SA:MP.

So, we take all the grafics that SA has better then VC, and we get a still not fast SA with worse grafics than VC, and some still say VC sucks.

Anyway, the effects make me lag, but i don't mind, and I have the GFX at max.

Only setting draw distance and all than off would get me rid of lag, but the visual quality looses terribly.

PMP... Well considering i had it at 1078x968 or what ever i is... When i had my old com.. and i ran fine with out this.. but now i got 800x600 i lagged BAD cause i only have 512 on here.. so i installed this mod.. And i run FINEr than a Chicks Ass
