At no point, does my career as a Judge affect my career as a Federal Agent, and vise-versa. Thus, I keep the two separated and keep all conflicts of interest, in both scenarios left to another Judge if faced upon this situation.
My post was a rare occurrence, I was posting as both. As a superior member of the FBI, and as a judge. The reason was trying to convey the message this isn't a matter of his own power-ego trip as a judge (again). This isn't a lack of communication either, this is just insubordinate, and crossing the boundary of his position as a Judge Assistant. In fact, he'll be watched to ensure he himself doesn't violate any laws, mainly Section 3, Act XIV, Act XIII, Act XXI.
Anyone having concern of the actions of officers violating the laws is not a matter of the Supreme Court, they are appeals court and the other role, well... the law is already set. This demonstrates a lack of knowledge of the court system you serve. The proper way to handle this is to file a legal complaint against the proven by legal means with their superior members.
Keep it in mind, I am not trying to protect officers or even agents. Nobody is above the law here. I will not however, support a judge assistant violating the rights of Officers, or stepping out of his position as a judge assistant of an unrelated court. IF any court was to step into this matter, it would be the one that deals with criminal law, Criminal court if you didn't know.
Again, any complaints with legally obtained evidence on this matter should be reported to SAPD Lt or higher or FBI Division Assistants or higher or via forum complaint board on the SAPD, and even if an agent is seen violating these, the complaint board found on the FBI forums works perfectly fine.
I hope this clears things up for everyone.
