I remember when I was 4, (1999) there was a big earthquake in Athens, I am sure many people from Greece know about it. I was at the kindergarden at that time, and I had a terrible shock and bad memories that still live up to today..except that you're already a grown man and shouldn't be scared of that.

15 is good enough to socialize with people, even take care of himself. Yet he should not be so scared for an earthquake unless he has traumas from past experiences such that.

A 4.0 in the Richter scale is enough to make indoor objects to shake. So 5.0 is pretty enough to shake a building. Some buildings are even made not to be so strict during the Earthquakes so they don't crack. I mean, I believe so, but I haven't much knowledge in this field.
