SA-MP creates a second GTA San Andreas User Files folder ? [FIXED] Close please

Hey,

I re-installed my GTA SA fully. That means, first uninstall it, then delete the user files folder and the remaining Rockstar Games folder.
Then I installed GTA again. Then I installed SAMP 0.3e. So the only 2 things I got installed are GTA SA and SAMP. When I join for example Argonath now, SAMP creates a second GTA SA User Files folder ?
Why? And how do I solve that problem ? Because thats very annoying since the folder is used by a mod that I want to install later, and it would be confusing to have 2 User Files folders. When I delete one of them, another one appears when I start SAMP.
I dont know what to do and why that happens

It doesnt. It's probably because youre running GTA SA in compactibility mode.

Yes I do run it in compatibility mode. Because when I start SAMP without it, the game crashes on the loading screen. I dont know why that happens either tho
