What fan wasn't working?
At moment I had only one fan for videocard which was under it.

Exact picture of my videocard and it's main fan. After electricity cone wasn't sending electricity to my fan it was stopping which made my videocard overheat and damaged it especially in such summer temperature.

:ps:Master said it should be fine for next two or three months till I need get a new one,but it acted same after hour I received it back, even with second new fresh fan. Both fans now work all fine and hold my temperature fine under 53 degrees.

There is exactly how you managed to kill the graphics card..
You cooked the board by running it with faulty cooling.

The irony that cone costed 0,50$ and now I'm suppose to pay 50,00$ for new card.

However I'll give shot of Gandalfs idea as I could run world of tanks on window mode but when I took it full screen it crashed.

Tried using the other DVI port or w/e it is?

You never know

About the baking in oven part, thats for cracking solder really, if baking in an oven temporarily works, having the card reballed/reflowed would be a more permanent solution.

I actually gave shot of Gandalf idea and find out that during window mode my games are able to run but on fullscreen not.
Which probably displays the exact part of damaged area.

However yesterday I had few world of tank matches on fullscreen and it was all fine, however when I touched my videocard it was so hot you could literally bake eggs on it.

So right now I'm trying move my second fan accordingly to temperature of an exact videocard side .

So it's not dead and works ,however I have doubt of any program finding my real videocard temperature as most likely it displays false information or my PC falsely detects it and shuts my pc down via purple screen.

Having more than 1 fan on the GPU doesn't make a large difference, what matters is the area that the heat-sinc covers and is in contact with because draws heat from the GPU. The fans are there to then cool down the heat-sinc which in turn cools the GPU.
A fan blowing in the GPU without a heat-sinc is pretty pointless.

Played abit with my fan, found perfect place for it and now the heat remains all cool and I again can play games carefully monitoring the heat. So even if it's fried,it still does it's job ,at least for now.

So lowered drivers for more breathing, added fan on better place ,increased fan speed to max and now all works fine.

Make sure the heatpaste/thermalpaste on between the GPU and Heatsinc is alright and not burnt/gone, that will cause the card to get extremely hot.

No it's fine at the moment as I play whole day today and temperature reaches 69 degrees max.

If you take some pictures, take of both sides of the card, and preferably a large and clear picture.

I did that to my 8800gt few years back and got it work like a week or two and then it broke again, so yeah its temporary solution... After that i just bought new one.
