If you want to be unbanned you should do the following:
1. Tell when you were banned and what was the reason.
2. Tell if you agree and understand the reason of your ban.
3. Tell what reason we should have to unban you.

Remember that being unbanned is not your right, it is a decision we make based on if we believe you will be a positive influence as a player.

By flaming, screaming (using caps) and other bad behaviour you do not seem to be seriously willing to be unbanned and you just vent your anger. If this goes too far, you can be banned from the forum, which means that unban will no longer be possible.

Did you improve your language since then? As it seems you are either very young, or do not know a lot of English.

You were banned for flaming people, and in your unban request you are still saying admins are bad. Why do you want to play if you do not like them?

You were banned due to heavy flaming towards every player in VCMP and the server and community of Argonath itself. Soon after, you were subnet banned for evading your bans blocking you totally off the server and you were smashed by forum's ban hammer.

Also I can provide you a few reminders of the reasoning behind your ban, if you like me to point them out. It was a bit more than just "fucking".
