Increase signature's maximum size?

Discuss, I guess the idea is pretty east, but I'm aware of the consequences  may be caused to the forum, and maybe not, but it doesn't have to be maximized very much, the height and the width gotta be balanced somehow or something.

I believe 500x125 is enough, there are people that put huge signatures(for example you) and it would take people with low internet to load it for a long time.

Yes, I just uploaded it now, too much tired for 30 second editing :3
But, if people will upload pictures to same size then post them here, and yes, people like me, I guess, upload 2560 x 1900 - or less HD pictures, and maybe that is the fact it the limit is such.

Well, I guess you could extend the width.. but the height should be no more than it already is.

While it could be extended, we do have to take in to account a number of people who still use low screen resolutions. Allowing a wide signature would make many posts unreadable withour scrolling for them.

Why so much bother about signature size? It is ok the way it is now I suppose.. If you don't like it, enlarge it.

The old height of signatures (125px) was fine, as 90px makes it seem very small on most modern monitors. No need to extend the width, but if I still remember correctly, 125px was the limit for image height a few years ago.

Unless that caused some adverse effects to the forum?
