The Family aims to bring fairness among the members, meaning everybody is equal and has the right to free speach and opinion. Family Leaders exist in order to keep a form and control of the family when it comes to someone misbehaving and to suggest ideas regarding the family's future.


There is no application system, if you wish to join us contact either one of the family leaders in-game, or hang around with us in the city and Citizenship Band Radio #8400.

The Carter Family operates legally in Los Santos, it's a Family that seeks for people who are part of law enforcement, and tries to bring a family and friendly atmosphere among the members.

Alex Carter	Alex was born in San Fierro back in a warm summer day of 1985, he moved to Los Santos after graduating from a Law School, ready to serve the law. He first joined the SAPD and later the FBI where he currently enjoys working. Currently, you can find him wandering around Pershing Square whenever he is off duty, or at his residence at Richman.

I was actually going to make a " Carter Family " for 1 year ago. But the problem was, that i wasn't allowed to use the Carter as a Family name,
since everyone was allowed to use it.. So i dropped it :/
