False. In practice, FBI actually operates with pretty much no VCPD interference, with the ability to operate regardless of whether the other available law enforcement on the server are VCPD, ARPD, or none. Additionally, Agents are able to give orders to Officers.

As for the tactic of using a newbie nickname and rushing into the enemy HQ, there is an infinitely higher chance that Marcell would do it, than us.

I stated an objective fact, that you are actually banned from ARPD forums. Whether you choose to see it as a provocation or not is merely a subjective interpretation. In other words, an opinion.
