When you're at your property,you could probably sell some of your food or drugs (which you could disguise as some other objects),or maybe sell your weapons and your own vehicles. To start one,you would have to do /c yardsale and after that ,you would have to do like /c putitem and then type the name of the product.For example:
/c putitem [item] [amount] [buy price]
And if you accidentally put something you don't want to sell you could use something like /c removeitem and type the name of the item.For example:
/c removeitem [item] [amount]
After you're done ,you'd have to do /c beginyardsale after which a /c ad saying that someone has started a yard sale at their property.Like:
[ADVERTISMENT]PLAYER has started a yard sale at Vice-City-Mainland-Little-Haiti.
After you arrive at the location,you could see a floating icon with a huge "i" (the ones in the business props).
After picking it up,it will show the list of the items for sale.
Thats all.

I like this idea.

Due to the advertise the cops can also decide if they want to take a look there and see if anything illegal has been sold.

AND it fixes those people in-game who keep PM'ing, calling and SMS'ing other players if someone wants to buy drugs.

Only negative thing is that most people don't own a house.
So how you think that can't be fixed?

Also Nylez,there are some unowned houses East of AFI Pizzaria. I sold my house there so anyone can go buy it.They cost like 50-100k. A newbie can get some if he freecops 5 hours.

There's a weapon stock script being implemented for 1.96. Gang HQs should not be able to sell their weapons, and players certainly will not be able to sell the weapons they have in-hand.

I would not. Once those blips are placed, they cannot be removed until you rejoin. As long as a "yard sale" is going on, the blip has to keep being spawned for players that are joining. This is undesirable as blips that are left over cannot be cleared easily.
